A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2012, the Defendant filed a complaint with the Busan Coastal Police Station on June 13, 2012 to the effect that the Defendant, on the land of his own, Kimhae-si, D, E three parcels of land and its third floor building, Kimhae-si F, Kimhae-si, G land of Kimhae-si, and H land of Kimhae-si, he deceivings himself and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of J Co. and I's wifeK.

On August 1, 2012, when the investigation into the foregoing case was in progress, the Defendant: (a) at the office M&A (Y) located in the Busan Metropolitan City YY L on August 19, 2009, the ownership transfer registration was made in the name of the JJ Co., Ltd. on the land owned by the Defendant; (b) on August 19, 2009, on the land owned by the Defendant, the ownership transfer registration was made in the name of the said JJ Co., Ltd.; and (c) on May 25, 201, on the land owned by the Defendant, the ownership transfer registration was made in the name of the Defendant, in collusion with I to the effect that “O, who is the chief of the office of a certified judicial scrivener, was forged to the document under the name of the Defendant; and (c) on the ground that it constitutes the use of stolen documents and the use of the above investigation documents, the Defendant made a request to supplement the ownership registration to the Busan Metropolitan Police Office to the effect that it would be punished.”

However, the facts are as follows: 1, 2, 4 for real estate, the defendant visited the PLLC's office located in Busan as of July 17, 2009 with I and then pre-contracts for sale in the future of the JJ corporation.
