A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are the Defendant engaged in driving of Bone Star Car.

On November 14, 2014, 01:30, the Defendant proceeded at a speed that would not be known by three lanes from the border line to the high speed terminal.

2. Around 01:30 on November 14, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.095% of blood alcohol content, driven approximately 15 km to the roads near the EXF located in the Soyang-gun of Gangwon-gun, in the vicinity of the Yangyang-gun of Gangwon-si, as a B Lone Star car.
