A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime at the first floor parking lot of Ansan B apartment C-dong, B-dong, 04:00 to 05:00 on November 29, 2018; and (b) committed the theft with one meri card with cash 50,000 won and one meri card with which the market price is unknown on the victim’s cash 50,000 or cambbbling machine located therein.

2. On January 1, 2019, around 05:40 on January 1, 2019, the Defendant, at the second floor of the F apartment No. 2 parking lot of the F apartment No. 2, at Ansan-si around 05:40, thefted with one meri card with cash 1,90,000 won and one meri card with which the market price in the instant car No. 1,90,000 won owned by the victim of the car No. 2, parked therein, is unknown.

3. On February 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime at the I Apartment Underground Parking Lots around 04:00 to 05:00 on February 3, 2019; (b) the gap in which the entrance door of the victim J, parked in the I Apartment Underground Parking Lots, was not corrected; and (c) the Defendant thefted with one meri card with the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 700,000,000 and one meri card with which the market price is unknown in the victim’s lucator.

4. On March 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime at the ground parking lot front of the Ansan-si B Apartment-dong, around 04:00 to 05:00 on March 7, 2019; (b) destroyed the gap in which the entrance of the victim MW car parkeded at that parking; (c) had one meri card with the victim’s cash 20,000 won and one meri card with which the market price in the instant vehicle is unknown.
