A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who actually operates at least three I located in the E, Busan-gu, and H in the Busan-gu, Busan-gu.

Where a meat sales business operator sells meat to display boxes without packaging it in vinyl, etc., he/she shall not falsely indicate the kinds of meat, and shall record the kinds, quantity, origin, identification number, purchasing place, etc. of the meat or packaged meat in the specification of transactions concerning the purchase of the meat or packaged meat, and keep the records thereof for one year from the date of purchase.

Nevertheless, from September 1, 201 to September 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold J livestock products joint markets, K livestock products joint markets, and L livestock products joint markets in Korea to KRW 128,285; (b) KRW 351 1,624,96,025; and (c) sold them to customers by displaying and selling domestic milch cows around September 21, 201; (b) sold them to customers as Korean milch cows while displaying and selling domestic milch cows; (c) from early 2012 to September 21, 2012, the Defendant falsely marked the kinds of meat with domestic mil milk on the display site; (d) displayed and sold domestic milch cows to customers on September 21, 2012; and (e) displayed and displayed the same kind of meat from the domestic milch on September 21, 2012 to the domestic milch 201.
