1. As to KRW 58,113,183 and KRW 418,00,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 558,113,183 from December 3, 2013 to December 26, 2013.

1. Determination as to loan claims

A. The fact that between December 7, 2009 and July 2, 2012, the Plaintiff leased a total of KRW 418,000,000 to the Defendant over 18 times during the period between December 7, 2009 and July 2, 2012 is either a dispute between the parties, or a dispute between the parties, may be recognized based on the evidence No. 2-1 to 18.

The repayment period of each of the above loans, agreed interest rates, and interest rates accrued until December 2, 2013 shall be as specified in the following table:
