Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a sprinkler car.

On February 17, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car around 18:00, and led the Olympic Park Salym in Songpa-gu Seoul to proceed to the direction of the Madmon distance from the direction of the Madon Samology, along five-lanes among six-lanes in letter.
