A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The thief: (a) the thief was released on June 28, 2010 from the warehouse of the Defendant located in D, Namyang-si, the victim E, who was detained and tried on May 26, 2010 due to the violation of the Mountainous Districts Management Act; (b) the victim E was released on bail on June 28, 2010; and (c) the thief went through the escape; and (d) the victim was on a bank owned by the victim by using the cres arrested in the

30,000,00 won Promissory Notes 1, 158,000,000 won Promissory Notes 45,000,000 won Promissory Notes 1, and 45,000,000 won Promissory Notes 1, and 45,000,000 won Promissory Notes 1, were stolen with four copies of Promissory Notes in the name of the victim.

2. The Defendant, while filing a lawsuit for damages against E on September 2014, with respect to the forgery of securities, had the intent to arbitrarily state the receiver column, etc. of the said Promissory Notes in order to submit the four pages of the Promissory Notes in the name of E, which were stolen and kept as evidence, as set forth in paragraph 1, as well as

A. A. Around that time, the issue date is indicated as of May 31, 201, as of the date of issuance, as of December 1, 2010, as of the date of payment, as of the date of payment, as of December 1, 2010, as of the date of payment, as “F,” at par value, as “30,000,000 won”, as “50,000 won”, and as of the promissory notes with the issuer’s “E,” the face value is indicated as “A” in the addressee’s column; and

D. Around that time, among promissory notes, the payment amount of which is indicated as “F”, “F”, “450,000,000 won at face value”, “gold Suppression0,000 won at face value”, and “E” as “I”, the Defendant was sicked in blank in blank, using a black fence.
