Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

The defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

1. Fraud;

A. On February 25, 2014, the defrauded of the borrowed money, at the victim D’s house located in Yong-gun, Yong-gun, Yong-gun, Yong-Gun, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim of female friendly job placement wanting to purchase sirens (HG) vehicles by borrowing the down payment in the name of the victim; (b) the loan rate is low; (c) the vehicle is being given; (d) the vehicle is being given a down payment; and (e) the vehicle will be assigned with the monthly savings passbook in the face of the vehicle and be repaid every two million won, excluding the minimum living expenses. However, even if the Defendant borrowed money from the victim, even if he did not have the intent or ability to commission the victim with the monthly savings passbook in return for the payment of KRW 2 million, it was obtained from the victim, i.e., delivery of KRW 10 million from tin to 7.5 million from May 7, 2014, as stated in the attached Table 1, and acquired it by deception from the victim.

B. On March 11, 2014, the Defendant acquired the credit card proceeds by deceiving the victim as above even if the credit card was received from the victim and used it, and then acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount by settling the credit card amount of KRW 4,170,780 over 28 times from May 4, 2014, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes List (2).

2. On August 13, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse: (a) a victim H (n, 18 years of age) who transferred a house around G elementary school located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
