Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of fraud, etc. at the Suwon District Court Sejong Housing Sitewon, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 9, 2017.

The Defendant had the intent to assist the victims in committing the crime of fraud by telephone finance fraud (hereinafter referred to as “singing”) by falsely misrepresenting the public official, etc. by phone calls to the victims, and by delivering the money to the national bank account (C) in the name of the victims, if the victims wired the money to the national bank account (C) in the name of the Defendant, the Defendant released the money and delivered it to the account in the name of the victims.

Accordingly, on October 14, 2016, the Defendant misrepresented the victim D to conduct an inspection by phone and transferred it to the bank account (F) under the name of the Defendant, and if the Defendant knew of the Defendant’s request to withdraw the money by withdrawing the money from the Defendant’s name on the roads of the Central Center of the National Bank in Pyeongtaek-si, which made it easier to make it possible for the Defendant to withdraw the money from the Defendant’s account, even if the Defendant knew of the Defendant’s request to withdraw the money from the Defendant’s name.
