1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 500,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 9, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

1. On August 8, 2008, the Defendant borrowed KRW 500 million from the Plaintiff, and issued to the Plaintiff a promissory note with the amount of KRW 500 million on August 14, 2008, the place of issue, the place of payment, and the place of payment.

Then, when the defendant delays the payment of a promissory note, a notary public, which recognizes and acknowledges that there is no objection even if it is immediately enforced, was drawn up a notarial deed No. 10694, 2008.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from February 9, 2019 to the day of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.
