Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a fixed-wing motor vehicle C.

1. On February 13, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, driving the above vehicle at around 13:40, and driving the E-private distance in D located in the former Northwest-gun, North Korea, at a low speed from the long-dong village bank to the high-speed village bank.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving the said vehicle without obtaining a driver's license from approximately 4 km section from the front side of the Agricultural Cooperatives to the front side of the Egym street located in the same Gun, in the one mentioned in paragraph 1, and in the one mentioned below, the Defendant driven the said vehicle from the front side of the NA to the front side of the Egym street.
