Defendant
A, D, and E shall be punished by imprisonment for 10 months, by imprisonment for 8 months, and by imprisonment for 6 months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A person who intends to conduct fee-charging job placement services shall register with the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the location of the principal office;
The Defendant, without registering with the competent authority on June 2014, operated the news report room from the point of view of “H” in the G1st floor of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with the trade name “I”, and around September 19, 2019, the Defendant received contact from K operating a singing practice room from “K to send out the instant singing practice room.” The Defendant, using a horse-type car, etc., sent two in the instant singing practice room with two influenite female-type female-type female-do, and made it to enter the said singing practice, and received KRW 7,00 won per hour from the said helper, as a job placement fee, from October 14, 2019.
Accordingly, the defendant did not register with the competent authority and did fee-charging job placement services.
2. A person who intends to conduct fee-charging job placement services shall register with the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the location of the principal office.
The Defendant, without registering with the competent authority from the end of May 2019, operated a news report room with the trade name of "N" and "N" in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M from the end of May, 2019. On September 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) contacted P who operates an O singing practice room from P; (b) opened one female helper using Q Costex vehicle to the said singing practice room; and (c) provided them with entertainment services by means of the aforementioned method from October 14, 2019, including (d) receiving KRW 9,000 per hour for introduction from the said helper; and (e) supplied them with entertainment services to the fire-fighting Dong in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the airport-dong singing practice room in the airport.
