Punishment of the crime

Defendant

B, C, D, A, and G are caregivers employed at the I Center of the National Welfare Foundation of the Ulsan-gu Social Welfare Foundation located in H, Ulsan-gu, who directly visit the home of a beneficiary of social services, such as the basic livelihood recipient, provide cleaning and bathing services, and receive the State subsidy of KRW 9,500 per hour. The Defendant’s Social Welfare Foundation is Defendant B, C, D, A, and G employees.

No person who provides services shall claim expenses incurred in providing social services without providing social services.

1. Defendant B

A. From Jun. 3, 2013 to Jun. 28, 2013, the Defendant filed a false claim for KRW 228,000 in total for three months from that time to Aug. 31, 2013, including a false claim for the cost of KRW 228,00,00, as if the Defendant provided the recipient J with no domestic care service, to the employee in charge of Ulsan-gun Social Welfare and in charge of Ulsan-gun.

B. On January 22, 2013, the Defendant filed a false claim for KRW 64,050 in total over 24 times from that time by claiming expenses of KRW 27,600 from that time to September 5, 2013, including, but not limited to, the fact that the Defendant had provided services to the subject K without providing social services to the subject K.

2. Around January 2, 2013, Defendant C filed a false claim for total of KRW 357,400 on 12 occasions as shown in the crime list (3) from that time to October 30, 2013, by claiming expenses of KRW 27,600, as if he/she had provided services to the subject L without providing social services to the subject L.

3. Defendant D

A. On March 28, 2013, the Defendant claims KRW 24,630 for false expenses as if he/she provided the services without providing the family care services to the subject M.
