A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 25, 2016, the Defendant took an oath at the Busan District Public Prosecutor's Office located in 15 minutes at the Busan District Public Prosecutor's Office, "D, the Inspector belonging to the Busan District Public Prosecutor's Office, was present at the above court 453 as a witness of the business obstruction case against the Defendant at around 14:30 on November 14, 2016, and submitted a false statement to the effect that "on December 9, 2015, the Defendant was punished for interference with the Defendant's business by interfering with the Defendant's normal duties, such as accepting a report on 112, and making a false statement on December 17:40, 2015."

However, at around 17:40 on December 9, 2015, the Defendant continued to 15 minutes in the state of drinking and drinking with the entrance of a drinking house in front of the kitchen of the above G G restaurant, on the grounds that the food smell, etc. was smelled, and the Defendant continued to have approximately 15 minutes in the state of drinking, and obstructed F’s restaurant business by force, such as having the guest who was a meal at the above restaurant hear it and let him go out of the restaurant, thereby obstructing F’s restaurant business, and D did not attend the above interference case with the Defendant as a witness.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not know D by submitting a written complaint containing false facts for the purpose of having the above D criminal punishment.
