A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From the early February 25, 2016 to August 22, 2016, the Defendant operated a commercial sex business establishment, “C” located in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, from the early February 25, 2016 to August 20, 2016, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by having an unspecified male customer who reported and contacted the telephone numbers of the above business establishments posted on the Internet advertising site “D”, receive KRW 70,000 to 170,000 according to the type of commercial sex acts, and by having the E, F, and G, an employee of commercial sex acts, engage in commercial sex acts by having him/her engage in a similar sexual act or sexual intercourse with a male customer.
