Purport of claim and appeal

The reasons for the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance are as stated in the corresponding part of the judgment of the court of first instance except for the following: “The statement of evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3(s), 4(s), 5(s), 6(s) through 8(s)” as stated in the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act: “The statement of evidence No. 1, 2, 3(s), 3(s), 4(s), 5(s), 5(s), 6(s) to 8(s), 4(s) of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as the statement of the corresponding part of the judgment of the court of first instance.”

2. The conclusion is that the plaintiff's claims against the defendants of this case shall be accepted in all of the grounds, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the appeal by the defendants is dismissed in all of the grounds for appeal. It is so decided as per Disposition.
