Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall distribute, post, spread, screen or run an advertisement, letter of personnel management, poster, photograph, document, drawing, printed matter, recording tape or other similar things, which contains the contents supporting, recommending or opposing a political party or candidate, or which indicates the name of a political party or candidate's name, in order to influence an election from 180 days before the election day to the election day.

The Defendants, together with the documents “an article with a thickness of the people” written by them and copies of the relevant newspaper articles, conspired to affect the 19th presidential election.

On April 7, 2017, around 12:40 on April 7, 2017, Defendants: (a) agreed that the representatives within the fourth unit of the 4th unit of the Seoul Metropolitan City were defective when the presidential election is completed; (b) how the criminal would be elected to the President.
