Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On April 26, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 4 months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud in the military support of the Jeonju District Court on April 26, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 5, 2017.

[2] On January 18, 2017, the Defendant, at around 00:0 on January 18, 2017, at the Defendant’s residence of the 00:00 story C and 2nd floor, had the victim E and video conversations using a video-recording method called “D” as a mobile phone, and had the victim talked that the victim was living in the childcare facilities currently under the YY, and had the victim sexual intercourse with the victim by having his own house.

The Defendant: (a) induced, “The parents are living in the studio located in the Yasan,” (b) that her parents are paying a large amount of money, (c) are going to drink, be responsible to do so, and (d) is going to this right by going to do so; (b) on January 18, 2017, around 16:15, the Defendant was sexual intercourse with the victim immediately before the G station located in the Yasan-si F in the Yasan-si; and (c) took the victim into the Defendant’s residence and going to the Defendant’s residence.

Accordingly, the defendant enticed the victim for the purpose of sexual intercourse.
