1. Basic facts

A. The Defendants are companies engaged in the joint implementation and construction of the reconstruction project of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan E-F apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”), and the Plaintiff is the bereaved family members of a person of distinguished service to the State residing in the Gyeonggi-do area.

B. On March 14, 2018, the Defendants announced the invitation of occupants to the instant apartment complex (hereinafter “instant invitation announcement”) and the main contents thereof are as follows.
