A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2017, at around 08:15, the Defendant driven a Bone Star Cornex without obtaining a driver’s license from around 20 km to around 136 km from the Highway near the Dong Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, 493-6, the Dong-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, the Republic of Korea, in the area of the expressway at around 136 km.
