Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff, from November 201 to December 30, 201, worked as the head of the legal team of C (A) from around November 201 to December 30, 201 as the Plaintiff, who retired on July 31, 2014, and the Defendant served as the president as the head of D’s internal director.
B. On November 25, 2014, the Plaintiff filed a criminal complaint with the Defendant on the charge of intimidation, insult, and violation of the Labor Standards Act (workers’ assault). The defendant is a person who has served as the president of D, and the victim A is a person who has served as the legal team leader of the company from November 201 to July 2014.
1. Around October 2013, the Defendant threatened the victim, such as the victim A, who is the legal team leader, at the D office located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to resign, but the victim did not intend to resign. However, the victim threatened the victim, such as “I would remove the legal team from the office.”
2.
