Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From November 2009 to the present date, the Defendant was a villa manager who had been managing the instant villa while living in a villa owned by E (hereinafter “the villa of this case”).

Around July 30, 2016, the owner E of the instant villa: (a) by inviting 20 people to play a water play as the instant villa.
