1. The Defendants’ participation in the commission of the crime, one of the following reasons: (a) the name and influence of the constituent elements of the fraud organization, by calls to many unspecified victims, and misrepresenting to an investigation agency; and (b) have to make a prior loan to the Defendants as if they were involved in the fraud.

2. S., Seo-gu, Seoul, Seobuk-gu, and received cash of 34 million won from T to the neighboring subway station, and delivered money to Defendant B, and on the same day, B delivered 34 million won of the above damage amount to the non-named person in the W Park in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
3. On August 22, 2016, a person who was named in the name of the victim for a crime committed on or around August 22, 2016 shall be loaned by misrepresenting himself/herself to an investigative agency by phoneing the victim X at around 13:00.
