Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 22, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won due to a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Changwon District Court on July 22, 2010, and on July 23, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of five million won for the same crime from the Gwangju District Court’s Netcheon Branch on July 23, 2014, and was punished for violating Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act on more than two occasions.

On January 29, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant driven B-wing truck with alcohol content of about 0.084% under the influence of alcohol without a driver’s license from the section of the section of the section of the section of the section of the section of the section of the section of the section of the section of the section of the section of the land from around 500 to the road in front of the light building in the same Dong around that time.
