Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Brane car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused before the risk).

On December 17, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car with a alcohol content of 0.181% in a blood transfusion around 22:30 on December 17, 2017, driving the said car, and driving it two lanes in front of “D” located in Chuncheon City C, and driving it at an insular speed along the two-lane along the direction of the new interest distance on the right side of the normal distance.

At night, at the time, the vehicle was stopped in order to order or receive the victim from the above "D" at the front of the defendant's moving direction. In such a case, there was a duty of care to reduce the speed to the person engaged in the business of driving the motor vehicle and prevent the accident from occurring due to thoroughness.

Nevertheless, as long as the Defendant neglected to take the front time due to the above influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent in the course of duty, and the Defendant did not discover the victim E (the 38-year-old driver)'s car driving that was temporarily stopped on the front side of the Defendant's vehicle, and instead did not find the victim E (the 38-year-old driver) car driving, and received the victim's back one with the victim's driver in front of the car.

Ultimately, while driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, the Defendant suffered injury to the said victim E by negligence in the course of business, such as salt, tension, etc. of the race of the light that requires approximately two weeks medical treatment.

2. On December 17, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driving a B-low vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 6km alcohol concentration of 0.181% from the 6km section from the front of a non-cafeteria near the Gangwon-si Master’s Dok-dong, Gangwon-do master’s zone to the front of the Gangwon-gu Seoul “D” road.
