1. As to the Plaintiff’s KRW 167,577,604 and its KRW 100,000,000 among them, Defendant Construction Mutual Aid Association shall start from August 26, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a project undertaker who constructed and sold the Plaintiff’s status as the Plaintiff (the Plaintiff, including the Plaintiff’s trade name before, before, after, after, and after, the change (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Plaintiff”), the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 94-ro 94-Ga, Gangwon-gu 53 apartment (10 Dong-dong 230 households, 323 households, and hereinafter referred to as the “instant apartment”).

2) In the case of a corporation, the term “stock company” is not indicated in the name of the corporation, and in the case of a corporation, the term “stock company” is indicated in the name of the corporation.

As to the construction of the instant apartment and the instant apartment complex (other than landscaping construction) between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as the “instant contract”).

The contract of this case contains “joint supply and demand agreement (joint implementation method)” with the following terms and conditions. Article I (Purpose) of this Agreement sets out an agreement between the two main companies to jointly and severally carry on the project for planning, tendering, construction work, etc. of construction goods or services by mobilization of financial, management and technical capabilities, personnel, and equipment:

1. Project name: Construction works for apartment complexes of 6,8 complexes in the Gangseo-gu area;

2. Contract amount: 70,112,21,000 won per one hundred million won per day (Won 70,112,221,00-).

3. Name of the project owner: Article 3 (Members of Joint Supply and Demand Company) (1) Members of Joint Supply and Demand Company shall be as follows:

1. Construction of a Dong unit;

2. The members of a joint contractor under Article 6 (Liability) shall be jointly and severally liable for the performance of their contractual obligations to the ordering agency.
