Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2018, at around 23:49, the Defendant driven BM vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.187% in the blood without a driver's license from around 100 meters from the 34-gil 11 Home Camp-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to around 2-8, the same Gu Ambassador-ro 34 to the road.
