Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2015, the Defendant driven a DNA cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.176% alcohol concentration at a section of approximately 1 kilometer from the day front of the indoor packing center located in the Northwest-dong in Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si to the day front of the Taedong Yellow apartment located in the same city middle-dong.
