Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

On July 30, 2018, around 07:30 on July 30, 2018, on the grounds that the Defendants were suffering from a dispute with the victim D (the victim D, 62 years of age) due to the passage of the farming road in the Gyeonggi-gun C Gocheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do, and Dacheon field, Defendant A saw the victim's breath with his hand, she she takes six times in her hand, she takes six times in her hand, with the victim's left buck with his/her drinking and hand her hand, and Defendant B took one time in her part of the victim's life with his/her hand.
