On March 28, 2016, a disposition to revoke the designation of a Chinese travel agent against an applicant on March 28, 2016 shall suspend its effect until the 30th day from the date of the ruling of this Court 2016Guhap59379.

According to the supporting materials of the applicant's submission, it is recognized that there is an urgent need to prevent irrecoverable damage caused to the applicant due to the validity of the above disposition, and otherwise, there is no data that is likely to have a significant impact on the public welfare due to the suspension of validity.
