Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The facts are as follows: (a) C (one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one (one-one-one-one-one), F (one-one-one-one), H, and I-one-one-one (one-one-one-one), and (b)-one-one-one (one-one-one-one-one) of the domestic violence organizations of the Republic of Korea,
K (K and one-day L) as an organization belonging to the "M" organization of large-scale violent organizations, and the total volume of books, N,O, P, etc. of large-scale narcotics organizations are the employees of large-scale narcotics manufacturers, respectively.
Defendant
A is the total responsibility of the domestic philophone distribution organization, Defendant B is the philophone sales book of the above domestic organization, Q is the dead degree of R as the basis of the organization of “E”, and the philophone transportation book.
Despite the fact that both Defendants and Q, etc. are not authorized to handle narcotics, the Defendants treated psychotropic drugs as follows:
Defendants and Q conspired to purchase the said philophone in KRW 50,00,000 per kilogram when the daily allowance of C’s “E” was received in the Republic of Korea, and Defendant A agreed to take charge of the following roles: (a) Defendant B and Q received H and I to receive the philophone from the hotel, and deliver the price to J, etc., respectively, in the overall control of the philophone transactions with C; and (b) Defendant B and Q, respectively.
Criminal facts
1. On July 29, 2018, Defendant B and Q had a room containing approximately KRW 7 km from I to BK on the street in the front of the Daejeon Pream on July 29, 2018 according to the foregoing offer. Defendants and Q were to pay the remainder of KRW 110 million on the street in front of the “U Elementary School” located in Daegu-gu T from around 18:00 to 19:00,000, the remainder of the price of the said Lonphone from the street in front of the “U Elementary School” located in Daegu-gu T, Daegu-gu, to pay KRW 230,150,000,000,000,000,000, which is a part of the price of the transaction scheduled on the next day, and Q from 8:50,500,000,000,000 in front of the price of the Von on August 29, 2018.
