Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From March 1, 2007 to April 30, 2013, the Defendant has been engaged in the affairs of managing the finances of the above senior citizens center from around December 201, 201 as the general secretary of the D senior citizens hall located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The Defendant embezzled KRW 2,616,661 of the total amount of subsidies, such as welfare expenses and operating expenses for senior citizens for the above senior citizens center received from the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office and various donations, such as support payments for the above senior citizens center, for the victims’ members, on his/her business basis, voluntarily consumed and embezzled from December 201 to April 2013.
