A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a B/L school from September 2017 to April 2018.

1. At around 00:40 on May 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) followed the victim D (inn, the age of 19 years at that time) from the subway No. 9 line C, No. 4, air trains located in Dongjak-gu Seoul, Dongjak-gu, Seoul; and (b) led the Defendant to the head and the bank of the victim’s head.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On February 3, 2017, at around 16:30 on February 3, 2017, the Defendant, at the time of the church training conference located in Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, the victim E (inn, 28 years old) who ran the game, her son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s gate

B. On August 23, 2017, at around 19:07, the Defendant followed a female victim, who was a female with a short bat in the apartment located in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seoul, by using the victim’s mare and the part of the bridge, and taken the victim’s meast and the part of the bridge using the cellular camera function, and found the victim, who is a female with a name not covered by his/her macking device, and followed the victim’s mare and the part of the body.

C. On October 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 08:20 on October 10, 2017, at the university reading room located in Dongjak-gu Seoul National University, reported that the victim, who is a female student, was seated on his/her book and was exposed to the book; and (b) taken the boom of the victim using the cell phone camera function.

Accordingly, the defendant taken four times against his will the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame.

3. The Defendant causing property damage, at around 14:00 on July 21, 2017, made use of the gaps in which the daily activities of the church youth training association among the activities of the church youth training association are carried out in the outdoor.
