Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s opening of gambling play the role of “D” under the name of the Internet site that provides online gambling programs, including “bath, bath,” and “high-to-door,” which is the lower organization of the head office that operates the Internet site, recruits all the people who want to gambling as its members, and recruits them as its members. Defendant A’s opening of gambling intended to open the gambling using the said Internet site by soliciting stuffs, and by having the total head office, duplicate company, and the total number of its members join the gambling site, and then let the gambling workers receive fees from the operator of the head office by providing the above gambling program, connection ID, and password.

Accordingly, on July 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened six computer units under the F Housing Underground 1 and 2 of Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) notified employees G and his employees G about the number of account numbers in the name of H managed by E; and (c) provided the above gambling operators with the address and connection ID and password of the above Internet site; and (d) provided the above gambling operators with gambling such as “bagod,” and called “bagod,” etc., with other name-free gamblings connected to the Internet site; and (c) deducted 3.5% of the printing money from each time of gambling; and (d) deducted 3.5% of the printing money from the name of the head office each time of gambling; and (e) exchanged the money from the head office to one won per cash per the account used by the above gambling operators through the exchange program.

Around June 19, 2013, the Defendant received 3,50,000 won under the name of withstanding the name of the person who operated the above site head office, and acquired a total of 32,90,000 won from around that time to July 19, 2013.
