Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 29, 2015, at around 08:59, the Defendant: (a) discovered a female victim with a white source in the name in the subway station, the platform of subway No. 4 and the platform of subway No. 105 in the Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, 105, who are moving to the East Station Cultural Park Station in the direction of the East Station and the Dong Station Cultural Park Station located in Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu; and (b) taken a photograph of the victim’s arms, legs, and tampers, which are installed in a galthro S4 smartphone with the inside of the galthro-ray shooting function, in which a galthophone is displayed, 50 consecutive macks of the victim’s arms, legs, and macks.

2. On May 29, 2015, at around 09:01, the Defendant: (a) discovered female victims on a white lux and red fluor in a passenger room in the subway line 4 lines moving towards the eastwest Station Cultural Park Station; and (b) taken the victim’s arms, legs, and tampers with 84 consecutive macks, etc. using a galthm fluor application, in which a galthographing function is installed on a smartphone with the inside of the galtho S4 smartphone.

3. On May 29, 2015, at around 09:04, the Defendant: (a) discovered female victims in the name in which white strings and color fluor are displayed in the passenger room in the subway line 4 lines moving towards the east-gu Seoul Metropolitan Park Park Station; and (b) taken the victim’s chests, legs, and tacks of fluor, etc. by using a gallon fluor which is installed in the smartphone in the gallon S4 smartphone where the gallon photographing function was installed in the gallon S4 smartphone where the gallon photographing function was installed.

Accordingly, the defendant taken a total of 200 pages against his will to the body of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame.
