Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of official duties by the Seoul Northern District Court for the crime of obstruction of the performance of official duties and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 20, 2014.

No person shall lend any means of access for electronic financial transactions in return for any consideration.

Nevertheless, around October 31, 2013, the Defendant accepted the proposal that “I will give KRW 2-3 million if you send the passbook,” by telephone from the person who was not the name of the Defendant, and then sent the passbook in the name of the Defendant’s name to the person who was not the party in charge of the bank account in front of the Cheongbaek-ri Station located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul on the same day, one cash card connected thereto, one head of the passbook in the name of the Defendant, and one cash card linked thereto, and one cash card linked thereto, using Kwikset service.
