The defendant's KRW 250,000,000 for the plaintiff and 5% per annum from May 6, 2004 to October 21, 2014.

1. On February 12, 2004, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 250,000,000 to the Defendant on May 5, 2004 as the due date for payment. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff KRW 250,000,000 and interest or delay damages thereon.

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act, based on which recognition is recognized.

3. The Plaintiff partially dismissed the Plaintiff sought interest payment for the instant loan from February 13, 2004, which was the date of loan, to May 5, 2004, which was the date of repayment. However, there is no evidence to prove that the Defendant agreed to pay interest for the above period. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim for this portion is dismissed as it is without merit.
