Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) Family relationship E (hereinafter “the deceased”).
The F was born, and died from Machipam on September 26, 2012. The Plaintiff was the mother of the deceased, and the Plaintiff B was the mother of the deceased. The Plaintiff was the mother of the deceased. The Defendant C was an intention to operate Gsan Women’s Medical Center (hereinafter “Gsan Women”) around 2010, and the Defendant D was an intention to work at the Daegu Ethmpia Hospital (hereinafter “Machip Hospital”) around 2010, and the Daegu Ethmpia Women’s Association (hereinafter “Defendant Machip Women’s Association”) as the Defendant Incorporated Foundation is the employer of the Daegu Ethmpia Hospital’s Medical Center including the Defendant D.

G산부인과에서의 진료내용 1) 망인은 2004. 3. 8., 2004. 3. 10., 2004. 3. 12., 2004. 4. 10., 2004. 6. 25., 2004. 6. 26., 2004. 6. 28. 가려움증, 뾰루지 증상으로 G산부인과를 내원하였고, 피고 C는 망인에 대하여 질염으로 진단하여 종기를 절개하고 상처를 배액하면서 약물치료를 하였다. 2) 망인은 2004. 7. 28., 2004. 7. 30. 가려움증으로 G산부인과를 내원하였고, 피고 C는 망인에 대하여 헤르페스 바이러스 감염으로 진단하여 약물치료를 하였다.
