Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 192] The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C options car.

On December 24, 2013, at around 13:10% of blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven the said vehicle in a state that it is difficult to drive the vehicle with the speed of 0.210% as an influence of drinking and with the walking being able to rhyd, and without walking, while driving the said vehicle on the front side of the e-practice practice room located in Kimhae-si D as an old mountain-cloak apartment, and driving the road on the front side of the e-shot-cloak apartment at the right side of the vehicle. The Defendant got the front side of the G bus operated by the victim F (56 years of age) who normally proceeds in the same direction as the right side of the vehicle of the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as the right satisfe, which requires treatment for about two weeks, due to the above occupational negligence.

[2014 Highest 3159] On July 24, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a period of ten months by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Changwon District Court on July 24, 2009, and was prosecuted for the same crime at the same court on January 28, 2014.

On April 20, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 13:20 on April 20, 2014, driven a Cobserver car from approximately 3 km to the front road of the G in the city of Kimhae-si with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.228% under the influence of alcohol.
