A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Injury;

A. On October 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 22:00 on the lower order of October 2013, 2013, at the Defendant’s home room located in Jeju-si, C 302 at Jeju-si, the Defendant was in dispute with the Defendant on the ground of the Defendant’s entertainment expenses and the Defendant’s obligations before marriage; and (b) her head, face, etc., of the victim’s head, face, etc. were taken on the part of the Defendant’s home room at the time of the victim’s treatment days.

B. On February 1, 2014, around 18:00 on February 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s residence located in Jeju E and 902 around Jeju, the damage was caused by the Defendant’s mispercing of the Defendant’s father’s living condition; and (b) the victim’s mispercing with the Defendant, who was faced with the Defendant, caused the Defendant’s mispercuous damage in terms of the number of days of treatment.

On May 30, 2014, around 02:0 on May 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) demanded a sexual relationship after shouldering the above victim, who was living in the Defendant’s residence as stated in the above paragraph (b) on May 30, 2014; (b) however, the victim refused it; (c) caused the victim’s loss by five times the victim’s left side bucking of the number of days of treatment.

On November 2014, 2014, the Defendant, who was injured by the police on the ground that on November 201, 2014, was in the elevator located in the above F around 21:00 on the date, and whether “the Defendant was not in fraud to the public official in charge of the police on the ground that the Defendant borrowed the lele project from the side.”

E. On October 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around October 8, 2015, at around 03:00, when the Defendant got in dispute with the said victim and the Defendant due to gambling problems, etc. in the Defendant’s residence; (b) when she got in dispute with the victim, he/she gets in contact with the victim; and (c) when the victim’s head and face are several times by drinking, he/she takes care of the victim for about four weeks.
