1. The defendant shall pay 7,050,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 14, 2020 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(1) Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Act No. 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Act No. 2010, Jan. 1, 2007) provides that “The defendant shall submit a formal objection only after being served with the application for the payment order of this case, and does not appear on the date for pleading without submitting specific answers.”
