Punishment of the crime

In collusion with F, the Defendant is a factory producing red powder to G around August 2016, when manufacturing red powder in Korea with low prices, and distributing them across the country by manufacturing red powder as a raw material.

For example, when investing 10 million won, 4% per day, i.e., 400,000 won every five weeks every week, and 120% of the investment amount and 12 million won every thirty times.

B. In addition to F, even if the Defendant received the investment money from the victim G, as described in the foregoing paragraph (A), the Defendant did not pay part of the profits generated by distributing the red paper powder manufactured by investing it in the manufacturing plant of red paper powder across the country, but rather paid to the investors a portion of the profits generated by creating profits. Since most of the investment money was expected to be paid to senior investors as profits, so long as the new investors are not retained, the principal is to be paid to the investors.
