A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. by Purchase of Handphones;

A. From March 2016 to April 2, 2016, the Defendant talked that D’s announcement source located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D calls for the Meteptoptopy (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, to D, and issued 450,000 won in cash. The Defendant issued the said cash to E for sale, and purchased approximately 0.7 g of the philopon and received the said request as above, and then 1-2 of the Melopon to the Defendant at the above announcement source.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones through D's arrangement.

B. On November 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) promised to enter into a philopon transaction through the name-free philopon seller and “G”, which he/she came to know by searching the Internet F website around 19:00 on November 25, 2017; (b) promised to sell philopon; (c) around 21:40 on the same day, the Defendant issued 50,000 won cash to the Kwikset service provider who sent the above name in front of the sales of blopon.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. Due to the administration of phiphones.

A. From March 2016 to April 2, 2016, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05 ghopon into a disposable injection machine by dilutioning 0.05 ghopon into the left part of the notification unit located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu.

B. On November 25, 2017, around 22:10, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g philopon into a single-use injection machine and injected the left part of the H station in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I by dilutioning 0.05g of philopon into a single-use injection machine and taking them into the left part.

On November 27, 2017, the Defendant, at around 12:00, injected the Defendant’s residence of JJJlla 102, into a disposable injection machine by dilutioning 0.05g of philopon into the left part of the toilet.
