1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The plaintiff's assertion did not borrow money from the defendant.
However, around February 2015 through March 3, 2015, the defendant found at C's stores where the plaintiff was married with the plaintiff at least three times, and said, "the plaintiff was found at C's parent, D, E's house at least three times, and "the plaintiff was bad," and "the plaintiff was found to be "the plaintiff was bad," and "the plaintiff was found from February 2015 to the Fsung, G party, and I-Water Association volunteer and the new part of the I-Water Association located in H" and "the plaintiff did not pay money. The plaintiff did not pay money to the plaintiff. The plaintiff did not pay the money to the plaintiff."

The plaintiff suffered severe mental pain due to such acts as defamation and insult by the defendant, and the defendant shall pay consolation money to the plaintiff.
2. Each entry of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (J and C) that seems consistent with the plaintiff's assertion, is believed as being in light of the relation between the above maker and the plaintiff, and the statement Nos. 3-1 and 3-2.
