A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Seized evidence Nos. 1 through 9, 13, 14 and 15 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around 22:00 on June 13, 2016, the Defendant stolen at the construction site “E” performed by the Victim D Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”), the Defendant: (b) loaded 470,000 g, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 470,00,000, the Defendant’s sealed and stolen the freight onto the Defendant’s wing Frang loan; (c) from around that time to April 6, 2017, the Defendant stolen 20 times more than KRW 7,257,00,000, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

2. On March 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the victim G vinyl’s vinyl located in F at night on March 22, 2017; and (b) stolen approximately KRW 730,000 of the market price of the said victim’s possession by carrying approximately 4,00,000 old electric wires, which is the victim’s possession, onto the cargo vehicle.
