Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:50 on August 18, 2015, the Defendant driven Category B 150 meters in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.184% in the condition of being driven by the Defendant, under the influence of the former, at the same uniform road in front of the Suyang-gu Central Flavoon, Goyang-gu.
