1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 24% per annum from August 31, 2015 to November 30, 2016.
Reasons

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 50,000,000 won with 24% per annum from August 31, 2015 to November 30, 2016, 5% per annum from the next day to October 13, 2018, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
