Punishment of the crime

On February 23, 2018, around 20:55, the Defendant driven a BM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.105% of alcohol level in the section of approximately 500 meters from the Do in front of the first Eup in Gwangju-si to the front road of the same Eup/Myeon.
