Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2012, around 08:05, the Defendant: (a) at a soup soup room located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon: (b) in a soup room, a juvenile victim E (man, 17 years of age) was locked by side, and was able to find out and commit an indecent act against the victim’s side space; (c) put the hand in the victim’s side space and took it into the victim’s inner part; and (d) put the hand into the victim’s inner part.

As a result, the defendant committed indecent acts by taking advantage of the mental condition of the juvenile victim.
