In the facts charged, the name-in-factor of the Chinese financial fraud organization sent text messages to many and unspecified persons who reported the text messages, and made it false to pay fees for the repayment of private financial loans currently in use in order to obtain loans to many and unspecified persons, and then, it acquired money by letting many and unspecified persons transfer money to the large account prepared in advance. On October 30, 2013, the Defendant was notified of the fact that the amount of damage was deposited from the above nameless beneficiary, and withdrawn KRW 3,050,00 from the post office account under the above D’s name to the agricultural cooperative account under the name of the Defendant, and deposited the above nameless beneficiary into the agricultural cooperative account under the name of the Defendant, and then the said nameless beneficiary was deposited from the agricultural cooperative account.
